This Energy Efficient Home Plan was created during the construction of plan 2886S, "Life together". The client decided to expand the garage to a 3 car, changing the roof line to a hip construction, turn the screen porch into a garden room, and relocate the deck areas. The conditioned space in the home increased from adding the garden room. The in law suite from the original plan remains, as do the bedrooms upstairs.
